This is just an excellent video, knife skills are something we all should aspire to having if we are going to be efficient in the kitchen. As a chef I have knife skills, but even I learned from this video. Jamie explains it so clearly and makes it look easy, and he is certainly safety concious.

Im such a fan of this unpretentious Essex boy, he just says it as it is and, although a fully trained chef, does not come across all “cheffy” and superior, making us feel unworthy, he just creates great food and shares it with us.
