Jamie says this is his wifes’ Jools’ favourite meal, Jamie cooks Penne pork ragout accompanied by rocket, chicory with shaved parmesan salad, he follows this with almond and raspberry jam tarts, all in under 30 minutes, genius.
You know what, I cant be bothered telling you anything about this dish, coz the vids speak for themselves. I hope you enjoy watching Jamie making this gorgeous curry. Serve it to your friends in 30 minutes, I challenge you!
Jamies described herbs as the cornerstone to historic medicine and genius cooking. He advocates growing fresh herbs at home and if this is not possible, at least buy fresh herbs from your local market. He talks about woody herbs being easier to grow all year round without the need for reseeding, buy a pot for a couple of pounds and keep it going by taking cuttings and replanting.
I’m in love with this fantastic crispy skinned duck and croutons with pomegranate and shaved carrot salad, all followed by cheats rice pudding with stewed fruit.
Love the cat in this one. Jamie tells us off for cluttering up our kitchens with stuff in our life that just doesn’t belong in this area. So get rid of the animals, kids toys, pencil cases etc, and turn your kitchen back into the efficient working space that is should be.
The fourth episode in Jamies 30 Minute Meals is a crispy filo tart with spinach, feta cheese and cheddar, accompanied by two salads and follows by an ice cream dessert. This is a lovely lunch dish and contains no meat, the first in this series suitable for vegetarians.
